Here’s the latest news on the Blue House on Main. The house became an active listing (short sale) — again — a couple of weeks ago and we submitted our new and final offer on it. No other offers were submitted. On Monday, 3/10, our offer was accepted by the seller. YES!!! Now the bank has to approve the sale, which should take about 3 weeks, according to the listing agent. Then…a 30-day close! So if all goes according to plan, I’ll have the house by May. Yay!
